Gas heater material
Powder-coated steel base, heater includes 4 tempered glass panes. The heater is manufactured in accordance with European regulations (CE) and meets the strict requirements of European safety and environmental directives.
Patio heater fire
The design allows you to see the fire from 4 sides, creating a beautiful aesthetic impression. The fire does not emit any sound or smell, you can regulate the flame and extinguish it at any time. It takes a few seconds to ignite the heater. The heater does not affect air circulation, which is especially important for allergy sufferers.
Gas heater safety
The heater is equipped with an advanced manual gas control system, perfectly safe, which protects against uncontrolled fuel leakage. The gas cylinder is hidden in a lockable compartment of the structure, it has a special system that, in the event of the device tipping over, automatically cuts off the gas supply and thus extinguishes the flame. In addition, the heater is equipped with a thermocouple sensor that turns off the gas supply to the burner when the flame is blown out.
Gas bottle : propane, butane and their mixtures
The heater is suitable for 11 kg gas bottles, which are not included in the package.
Unless you specify a change in the notes, we will supply you with a heater with a setting of G31/37 mbar (propane and its mixtures). However, if you would prefer the G30/30 mbar variant (butane and its mixtures), we will be happy to send it to you upon request. If interested, please specify the G30/30 mbar setting in the notes in the order.
Which type to prefer?
It depends on how and where the heater will be used:
– G30/30 mbar – Butane and its mixtures: butane bottles are commonly available and are used mainly in warmer conditions. Butane evaporates more poorly at low temperatures (below 0 °C), therefore it is more likely to be used in warmer periods or indoors.
– G31/37 mbar – Propane and its mixtures: propane cylinders are also readily available on the market and are suitable for year-round use, as propane has better properties in cold conditions. Propane is also suitable for use at low temperatures (down to -42°C), so it is preferred especially outdoors during winter or in cold areas.
– A mixture of propane and butane is often sold as LPG (liquefied petroleum gas), which combines both gases in different proportions. If the mixture contains more propane , it is recommended to use a 37 mbar regulator (as with pure propane). If the mixture contains more butane, then a 30 mbar regulator (as with pure butane).

Gas consumption
– if set to minimum power: 144 g/h, approximately 76 hours if we have an 11 kg gas cylinder
– if set to maximum power: 404 g/h, approximately 27 hours if we have an 11 kg gas cylinder
Patio heater efficiency
The Umbrella Black patio heater with a power of 12 kW has a good ability to heat an outdoor space. This power is suitable for larger patios or places with higher exposure to wind and cold weather.
Heating range : with a 12 kW patio heater, you can expect to effectively cover a distance of up to 5 meters from the heat source. Up close, i.e. up to 2 meters, the heat will be very intense. This heater is able to heat larger areas, which is ideal for larger groups of people or open patios.
Temperature increase : under optimal conditions, the heater can increase the temperature by 8 to 15 °C in the area around it, depending on the weather and location. If the patio is partially enclosed by walls or an awning, the effect will be stronger, as the heat will not dissipate as quickly.
Ideal location : for comfortable heating, the patio heater should be placed 2 to 3 meters from the seating area. At a shorter distance, the heat will be very intense, which can be pleasant in colder weather. If you want to cover a wider area, you can place it in the middle of the seating area or in the corners of the patio.
This type of heater is ideal for patios where regular use is expected even in lower temperatures, providing enough heat for comfortable outdoor seating even on cool evenings.

The delivery also includes glass panels. To ensure that the product arrives in perfect condition, we will deliver it to you on a pallet. An information email will be sent on the day of dispatch and the driver will contact you in advance on the day of delivery.
