For Oda Shop, L’Âtre set a linear bioethanol fireplace into a softly arched niche, where its real flame becomes the calm centre of a minimalist winter interior. With no flue or chimney required, the fireplace tucks cleanly into the architecture, letting the warm light, the glow of the tree and the stillness of the room do the talking. It’s a reminder of what a well-placed fire can do: turn a beautiful space into one you never want to leave.
